If you are considering purchasing and/or developing a piece of property, your first stop is to submit a Pre-application to the District for consideration. We will review the application and parcel for serviceability and give you a preliminary approval or denial based on the information you’ve provided and the capacity and capability of the District to serve the project. Please note that there is an application fee that must be paid before we will consider your application (as of July 1, 2008, the current fee is $100.00).

Once your project is underway, your engineer and project developer can find further information regarding construction specifications, inspection, and certifications by visiting the forms linked below.
