The planned water outage for the Country Creek Subdivision is complete. Water services should be fully restored to all customers.
Customers who received telephone or printed disconnection notices are encouraged to pay online. Payment can be made by clicking on "Make a Payment" under the "Service" tab or on the home page. A valid account number and the last four digits of your phone number of record are required.
Water is expected to be restored at approximately 12 noon for the Beaver Lake area. This is only an estimate and may change should the need arise. This site will be updated as more information is available.
There will be a planned water outage for the Beaver Lake area on Tuesday, March 17th, beginning at 9 AM and continuing until 3 PM in order to make system repairs.
Customers in the Olivette Road area may experience lower water pressure due to a fire. The West Buncombe Fire Department is fighting a structure fire in the Olivette Road area and utilizing area hydrants.
