There will be a planned outage on Baird Cove Road from 9 AM - 2 PM for the Baird Cove Road area. Some customers may not notice the effects but all customers should be prepared for loss of water pressure and/or flow during those hours as crews perform system repairs.

District crews are repairing a water main break in the Pinebrook Farms subdivision at this time. Repairs are estimated to begin restoring water at 7 pm. This site will be updated as more information is available.

There will be hydrant testing and line flushing for the New Stock Road area on Friday, Sep. 3, 2021 beginning at 10 AM. Customers in this area may notice fluctuating water pressure or temporary loss of water between approximately 10 AM and 12 PM. 

Effective Wednesday, August 18, 2021 by order of the Buncombe County Commission, masks are required to be worn for all visitors to District offices. This order is in effect until September 30, 2021 or until altered or rescinded by the Commission. 

There will be an emergency water outage for the Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights area on Wed, Aug 11 2021 beginning approximately 7 AM to make water main repairs.

There will be limited hydrant testing in the New Stock Road/Woodland Hills area on Tuesday, Aug 3 2021 during morning hours after 9 AM.

Crews are repairing a water main break on Elkwood Avenue. Customers on Hickory Drive, Walnut Street, Mulberry Street, Elkwood Avenue, Norman Austin, and surrounding streets may be affected. This site will be updated as more information is available. 

District offices will be closed Monday, July 5, 2021 in observance of Independence Day. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

Conservation rates are now in effect for water usage beyond 15,000 gallons per month. The District reminds all residents to do their best to conserve water whenever possible. 

The water line break in the New Stock Road area has been repaired and concluded. All service should be restored at this point. Customers may notice air in their water lines and should let water run clear before using it to wash white laundry or drink.
