Riverwalk – This project consists of the installation of 10,000 feet of 2 and 6 inch water lines to serve the new residential subdivision of Riverwalk, located off of Riverside Drive in the Town of Woodfin. At the conclusion of this project 160 new homes will become part of the District.

Versant – This project is located at the end of Baird Cove Road in the Town of Woodfin and consists of 40,000 feet of 2, 6, 8, 10 and 12 inch water lines to serve the new residential gated community of Versant. In addition, in partnership with the developer, the District is constructing a new one million gallon water storage tank at the top of the mountain. When completed, this will significantly reduce power consumption demands throughout the District and increase water pressure and flow at higher elevations. 400 new homes will become part of the District as well.

Pinebrook Farms – This project consists of the installation of 11,300 feet of 2, 6 and 8 inch water lines to serve the new residential subdivision of Pinebrook Farms, located off of New Stock Road in Weaverville. 175 new homes will become part of the District at the conclusion of this project.

Reynolds Mountain Village – Slated to become the Town of Woodfin’s new downtown, this project will add 10,000 feet of 2, 6, 8 and 10 inch water line to serve 210 residential units as well as a commercial district. This project is located off of Senator Reynolds Boulevard and Merrimon Avenue.

River Highlands - This project is located in West Buncombe along the French Broad River, near the confluence of Macedonia and Olivette Road. 210 residential units are being constructed, as well as a clubhouse, walking trails, and other development amenities. 25,000 feet of 2 and 6 inch water line will be installed for this project.
