There will be a planned water outage for Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2019 has concluded. All customers should have water service restored.
Tues. Jan. 15, 2019 – planned outage, Sunny Ridge
There will be a planned water outage for the Sunny Ridge subdivision on Tuesday, January 15th between 8 AM and 1 PM to install system hardware. Some customers may not notice the effects of the outage but all customers should be prepared for loss of pressure and/or flow during these hours. This site has the most up to date information and will be updated as more information is available.
Water break, Elkwood Ave – Dec. 12, 2018, 2:20 PM
District crews are repairing a water main break on Elkwood Avenue. Water is being restored at this point. Customers in the immediate District vicinity may notice loss of water flow and/or pressure during repairs. This site will be updated as more information is available.
Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 – water outage, Woodland Hills
The water outage for Woodland Hills has been resolved. Customers may experience some air in their water lines and should let water run clear before doing any white laundry.

The planned water outage for Brookdale Avenue on Monday, November 19th, has been completed.
Nov. 8, 2018, 10:45 AM – Water repairs, Reems Creek
The planned outage for Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights has concluded. Customers that notice discolored water should let it run clear before drinking or running white/light laundry.

There will be a planned water outage for Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights for Thursday, Nov. 7, 2018. Water pressure and flow will be affected between 3 AM and 12 PM in order to perform system repairs. Some customers may not notice the affects of the outage but all customers should be prepared for loss of pressure and/or flow during this time. Nov. 4, 2018 9:30 AM – Water outage, Reems Creek
District crews are currently working on a main break in Reems Creek. Customers in the Reems Creek, Sherwood Heights and Greystone Road area may experience loss of flow and/or pressure. This site will be updated as more information is available.
Oct. 23, 2018 – Hydrant testing, West Buncombe
There will be some limited hydrant testing in West Buncombe on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2018 from 10 AM to 12 PM. Customers in higher elevation areas of West Buncombe may notice loss of pressure or water flow during this time. All testing should be complete by 12 PM.
Oct. 19, 2018, 2 PM – phone outage
The District is currently experiencing phone difficulty due to a cable outage. Pay by phone and other emergency service is still available by calling our office at 828-253-5551. All other requests can be handled here through the website.
