District crews are working on damaged water lines in the Reems Creek area. Customers in the Reems Creek area may experience loss of water flow and/or pressure. No repair estimate time is available at this time. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
District crews are dealing with multiple water line breaks due to the flooding that has occurred in the last 24 hours. Customers in the West Buncombe area will have low to no water pressure while repairs are being made. Customers in the New Stock Road/Tiffany Lane area may experience low or no water pressure while repairs are made. This site will be updated when more information is available.

There is an emergency outage for customers in the Reems Creek area as District crews make repairs on a damaged water main. Water service may be interrupted for an extended period of time today.
There will be a planned water outage for customers on Panorama Drive on Thursday, Aug. 14 from 9 AM through 2 PM to perform system maintenance. Customers are advised to let any discolored water run clear when the outage is complete.
There will be a planned water outage in the Reynolds Mountain area on Friday, July 26, 2024 to perform system upgrades between 9 AM and 2 PM. Customers on Cobblers Way, Kessler Place and surrounding areas may experience loss of water pressure and/or flow during this period.
There will be a water outage in the Olivette Road area between 9 AM and 4 PM to make system improvements.
There will be a planned outage on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 9 AM through 2 PM. Affected streets include Elkwood Avenue, Riverside Drive between Elkwood and Woodfin Avenue, Old Burnsville Hill Road, and surrounding streets in order to make system repairs.
Fire crews will be flushing hydrants in the Woodland Hills area today. Customers may experience brief periods of low water pressure. Water may become slightly discolored and should be run until clear before washing white laundry.
Crews are repairing a main break on Riverside Drive. Customers at the end of Riverside Drive nearest Broadway and in the Lookout Road area may notice loss of pressure and/or flow while repairs are made. This site will be updated as more information is available.
