There will be a planned water outage for Erwin Hills Road on March 7, 2016. This outage is expected to last between 8:30 AM and 1:00 P.M. Customers located on Erwin Hills Road, Magnolia Farms Subdivision, and connecting roads should be prepared for loss of water pressure and/or flow during those hours. Some customers may not notice the effects of the outage but should plan for water loss accordingly. This site will be kept up-to-date with the most current information, and more information will not be available to office personnel, so we request customers check our website for up-to-date information. 

The District’s main office is included in a general area power outage at this time. Until power is restored we can only accept checks with stubs at the office for processing. The online and automated phone payment services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for those wishing to pay with a credit card. 

The water outage for the New Stock Road area has been resolved and all customers should have water restored at this time. 

There will be a planned water outage on Tuesday, December 15th on Old Highway #20 to perform system repairs. The outage will occur between 8 am and 2 pm. Not all customers will notice the effects of the outage, but all customers should be prepared for loss of water pressure and water flow during that time. This site will be updated when water service is fully restored.
