Thursday, Feb. 26 – Administrative office closed

Due to the winter storm, our administrative office will be closed today. If you have an emergency such as a break or leak, please call 828-253-5551 and select option #1 to speak with our emergency personnel. All other functions of the office are available on this website, including service requests, leak adjustment requests, and similar features. Payments can also be made online or by phone at 866-414-3924. There is a drop box at the office for payments by check, but we do not recommend travel today in the hazardous conditions.

Tuesday, Feb. 24 – Weather closing

Due to treacherous road and weather conditions, the administrative office will be closed today. Should conditions improve, the office may reopen in the afternoon; however, customers and residents are reminded that all administrative functions are available online, including requests for new service, service disconnects, leak adjustment requests. Payments can be made online or by telephone as well. Customers wishing to pay by check are not advised to attempt traveling, but those who visit the office can drop payments by check through the payment drop-slot in the door.

Monday, Feb 23, 2:30 PM – Water Outage, Goodman Road

The water outage affecting Goodman Road has been resolved and all customers should have water restored.

Feb. 6, 2015 – Water outage, Highlander Road Area

The water outage in the Highlander Road area has been resolved and all customers should have water services restored at this point.

January 12, 2015 – Rosecrest Line repairs

District crews are currently repairing a water line break on Rosecrest Street. Customers on Rosecrest, View Street, and Locust Street can expect low or no water pressure for several hours. Estimated time of repair at this time is 10:00 PM. We will update this site as more information becomes available. 

November 25, 12:30 – Water outage, end of Old #20

The water outage at the end of Old #20 has been resolved and service has been restored.

Nov. 20, 4:30 PM: Mt. Carmel Water Outage

The water outage on Mt. Carmel Road is repaired and water service is being restored at this time. Some customers may notice discolored water. Discolored water is safe to drink but should be run clear before washing white laundry.

November 18th, 3:30 PM – Water outage, Sunny Ridge

There is a water line break at the entrance to Sunny Ridge subdivision. Crews are making repairs at this time. It is expected that water will be out for several hours while repairs are being made. This site will be updated with more information as it is available.

November 18th, 10:30 AM – Water outage, Alclare Court

The water line break on Alclare Court has been repaired and all customers should have service restored. Some customers may experience slightly discolored water as a result of the change in pressure and flow. Discolored water is safe to consume but should be run clear before washing white laundry.

Nov 17, 2:45 PM – water outage, Woodfin/Asheville area

The water line break affecting the Woodfin & Beaver Lake area has been repaired and pressure should start being restored for those areas that lost water. Water may be discolored as a result of extreme pressure and flow changes but is safe to consume. Customers should allow water to run until clear before washing white laundry.
