Planned Water Outage – July 17, 2014
There will be a planned water outage for Goodman Road on Thursday, July 17, 2014, between 8 AM and 1 PM to perform system repairs. Some customers may not notice the effects of the outage but all customers on Goodman Road should be prepared for low or no water pressure and/or discolored water. We will update this site when the outage is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
Planned Water Outage – July 10, 2014
There will be a planned water outage on Thursday, July 10, 2014, beginning at 11 PM and ending at 5 AM for customers in the following areas: Sunny Ridge, Baird Cove Road, Audubon Drive, Laurel Terrace, Mills Place, Running Ridge, Weaverville Highway between New Bridge exit and Baird Cove Road. During these hours, crews will be making a line repair and customers may experience loss of water, reduced water pressure, and discolored water. Many customers may not notice the effects of the outage but may wish to prepare by setting aside some water for use during these hours.
Planned Water Outage – Sixth Street, 7/7/14
There will be a planned water outage for Sixth Street on Monday, July 7, 2014, in order to connect new water lines. Customers should expect intermittent water outages and low water pressure on both days. Outages will begin at 10 AM and should conclude by 5 PM. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our system.
June 5, 2014 – Planned outage, 4th Street Extension
There will be a planned water outage on Thursday, June 5, 2014, on the 4th Street Extension. The outage is to connect new water mains. The outage is not expected to last several hours between 9 AM and 1 PM, but residents should be prepared for intermittent loss of flow and pressure between 9 AM and 4 PM. We will keep this site updated when all service has been restored.

January 14, 2014, 11:30 PM – Water interruption, Woodland Hills
The water interruption for Woodland Hills has concluded and all residents should have service as normal.
January 9, 2014 – water line repair, Sunny Ridge
1:30 – The water outage on Sunny Ridge has been repaired and all service has been restored. Customers noticing any water discoloration may wish to let the water run for a few minutes until clear before washing light-colored laundry.
December 18, 2013, 12:15 AM – Water outage
Repairs on Crestfield Avenue have been completed and all residents should have restored service.
Water Line Leak – Woodland Hills, 11/20/13, 1:30 PM
Update, 1:30 PM: Water is being restored at this time to the Woodland Hills areas interrupted by the earlier leak repair.
District crews are working on a water line leak in the Highlander Road/Baird Mountain area of Woodland Hills. Customers on Highlander Road, Chipmunk Cove, Wilderness Road, Baird Mountain Road and Brushwood Drive may notice loss of flow and/or pressure while work is being performed. Estimated time of restoration at this time is 2 PM. This site will be updated with the most current information as it becomes available.
