District crews are completing a water main break repair in the Reems Creek area at this time. Customers in the Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights area that have been without water should see service gradually restored between 11:30 and 12:00. Customers in the affected area may notice slight water discoloration that should clear up after running water for several minutes.
The water outage affecting Elkwood Avenue and surrounding areas has been resolved and all customers should have pressure and flow.
Water services for those areas in Reems Creek, Sherwood Heights and Graystone Road are estimated to be restored by 1 PM. Customers may notice some slight discoloration that should disappear after running faucets for a few minutes.
There will be a planned water outage for the Reems Creek/Sherwood Heights area. The outage will last between 9 AM and 4 PM on Tuesday, September 17th. Some customers may not notice the effects of the outage but all customers should be prepared for loss of pressure and/or water flow during this time. Customers affected include those in the Reems Creek, Sherwood Heights and Graystone Road areas. This site will be updated when the event is complete.
Crews are repairing a small leak on Mills Place this morning. Customers on Running Ridge Road and Mills Place may experience a short water disruption or loss of pressure. Full service is expected to be restored by 12 PM.

This morning’s water line break in West Buncombe has been repaired and all service has been restored. Some customers may experience minor water discoloration which should clear up after running a faucet for a few minutes.
The District is currently repairing a water line break in West Buncombe on Old Leicester Highway. Water is expected to be interrupted for several hours. Areas affected will include Mt. Carmel Road, Foster Estates, and all side streets between Lees Creek Road and Old Highway 20. We will update this site as more information becomes available.
