12:30 PM – Water has been restored in the New Stock Road area.
Hydrant testing, Woodland Hills – Feb. 15, 2022
There will be limited hydrant testing from 9 AM – 10 AM in the Woodland Hills area Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022. Residents in that area may notice intermittent loss of pressure and/or flow during this time and some discolored water is possible. Customers with discolored water should let it run clear before using it for washing white laundry, drinking or cooking.
Jan 31, 2022 – outage, New Stock/Pinebrook
The water main break on New Stock Road has been repaired.
Jan 19, 2022 – water main break, Reems Creek
The main break in the Herron Cove area has been repaired and all service restored.
Oct. 20, 2021 – Planned outage, Erwin Hills
There will be a planned water outage for the Erwin Hills area from 9 AM through 4 PM on Wednesday, October 21, 2021 in order to install system improvements. Customers on Erwin Hills Road and side roads including Magnolia Farms, Magnolia Valley, Magnolia Hill, and Seedling Grove will be affected. Some customers may not notice the effects of the outage but all customers in this area should be prepared for loss of pressure and/or flow during this time. When water service is restored, there may be some discoloration; water is safe but should be allowed to run clear before drinking, cooking or washing white laundry.
UPDATE: water service should be restored approximately 5:30 PM.
Tues, Sep 14, 2021 – planned outage, BC Road
There will be a planned outage on Baird Cove Road from 9 AM – 2 PM for the Baird Cove Road area. Some customers may not notice the effects but all customers should be prepared for loss of water pressure and/or flow during those hours as crews perform system repairs. This site will be updated when repairs are complete.
Thursday, Sep 9, 2021 – main break, Pinebrook Farms
District crews are repairing a water main break in the Pinebrook Farms subdivision at this time. Repairs are estimated to begin restoring water at 7 pm. This site will be updated as more information is available.
Friday, Sep 3, 2021 – hydrant testing
There will be hydrant testing and line flushing for the New Stock Road area on Friday, Sep. 3, 2021 beginning at 10 AM. Customers in this area may notice fluctuating water pressure or temporary loss of water between approximately 10 AM and 12 PM.
August 11, 2021 – Emergency outage, Reems Creek
There will be an emergency water outage for the Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights area on Wed, Aug 11 2021 beginning approximately 7 AM to make water main repairs. The time of the outage is uncertain at this time but residents in the affected should plan to be without water for the majority of the day. This site will be updated as more information is available. Customers in the Reems Creek, Sherwood Heights, and Graystone Road area may experience loss of water pressure and/or flow while repairs are being made. Customers are advised that hydrant testing sometimes results in discolored water and should let water run clear before using it for drinking, cooking or washing white laundry.
