Minutes of February 16, 2015

 

The meeting was called to order at 1:04 P.M. by Sarah Gassaway, Chair. In attendance: Keith Snyder, Vice Chair; Don Haynes, Secretary; Jackie Bryson, MSD Representative; Director Joseph Martin.

 

Approval of the Agenda

Agenda approved by consensus.

 

Approval of Minutes

Motion by Haynes to approve January 2015 minutes, Snyder seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

 

MSD Report

Jackie Bryson reported: MSD received the GFOA Award for budgeting; will consider bids for the new incinerator; received a letter from a satisfied customer.

District Reports

No action taken.

 

Director’s Report

1. The 2014 Local Water Supply Plan was submitted to the state for review.
2. The pre-construction meeting for the Crossings at Beaverdam is scheduled for Feb. 17th.
3. The Leisure Mountain project plans have been received and should be ready for approval by the end of the month.
4. The bylaws amendment has been posted and will be ready for voting at the March meeting.
