The City of Asheville will be performing some water line work on their lines on May 2, 2019. It is possible that this work will cause some water discoloration for customers in the Woodland Hills area. Water will be tested and will be safe but customers that experience discolored water should refrain from washing white laundry until water is clear. The District will be monitoring the City's water output and customers may see District personnel running water hydrants and other valves during that day. Customers that notice running fire hydrants after May 2nd should notify our office for investigating.
