There will be a planned water outage on Thursday, July 10, 2014, beginning at 11 PM and ending at 5 AM for customers in the following areas: Sunny Ridge, Baird Cove Road, Audubon Drive, Laurel Terrace, Mills Place, Running Ridge, Weaverville Highway between New Bridge exit and Baird Cove Road.
There will be a planned water outage for Sixth Street on Monday, July 7, 2014, in order to connect new water lines. Customers should expect intermittent water outages and low water pressure on both days. Outages will begin at 10 AM and should conclude by 5 PM.
There will be a planned water outage on Thursday, June 5, 2014, on the 4th Street Extension. The outage is to connect new water mains.

The District's offices will be closed Friday, April 18, 2014 for Good Friday. Payments can be made online on this website, by phone at (866)414-3924, or left in our drop box at 122 Elkwood Avenue. We hope all of our customers have a good Easter holiday!
For customers who prefer not to remember to write a monthly bill, the District has pay by draft available. This service will automatically draft your bill from your bank account approximately two weeks after your bill has been generated.
Due to the incoming forecast of heavy snow for the area, the main District office will close at 10 AM on Wednesday, February 12. We will reopen on Thursday, February 13, weather permitting.
The District's main office will close at 3:30 PM today due to winter weather. Weather permitting, the office will reopen at 8 AM on Tuesday, February 11, 2014.
Due to inclement weather District offices will be closed Wednesday, January 29 and will reopen at 8 AM on Thursday, January 30. If you have an emergency such as a water line break you may dial 253-5551 and select option 1 to be connected to our after hours operator.
