The water interruption for Woodland Hills has concluded and all residents should have service as normal.
1:30 - The water outage on Sunny Ridge has been repaired and all service has been restored. Customers noticing any water discoloration may wish to let the water run for a few minutes until clear before washing light-colored laundry.
Due to the winter storm, the District's billing office will be closed on Monday, January 6, 2014. For customers attempting to pay their bill before the due date, payments can be made online or by phone using the automated number on the back of your bill.
Please note that District offices will be closed 12/24 through 12/26 in observance of Christmas. We will also be closed on 1/1/14 in observance of New Year's Day.
Repairs on Crestfield Avenue have been completed and all residents should have restored service.
All District offices will be closed to the public during the Thanksgiving holiday, November 28 & 29, and will reopen on Monday, December 2 at 8:00 A.M. Customers needing emergency service for issues such as water line breaks may contact our after-hours emergency service at 253-5551.
Update, 1:30 PM: Water is being restored at this time to the Woodland Hills areas interrupted by the earlier leak repair.
District crews are completing a water main break repair in the Reems Creek area at this time. Customers in the Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights area that have been without water should see service gradually restored between 11:30 and 12:00.
The water outage affecting Elkwood Avenue and surrounding areas has been resolved and all customers should have pressure and flow.
