The planned outage has been concluded. Customers may notice discolored water and/or air in their water lines and should let water run clear before doing white laundry or cooking or drinking discolored water.
There will be a planned outage on Monday February 13th from 9am till 4pm due to repair work affecting Green Oak Road, N. Woodfin Ave, Terrace Court and Rose Crest Drive, Mulberry, View, and Locus Streets. Customers should expect low to no water pressure.

District offices will be closed Friday, December 23 through Tuesday, December 27 in observance of the Christmas holiday, and January 2nd, 2023 in observance of New Year's Day.
District offices will be closed Thursday & Friday, Nov. 24-25, 2022 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Virtually all District requests can be handled online, from making a payment to submitting a leak adjustment request.
There will be a planned water outage for the Woodland Hills area from 9 AM until 1 PM on Thursday, August 10, 2022 to make system repairs.
The District is currently experiencing intermittent office telephone operation interruptions. Customers may e-mail us online with inquiries or issues that they are not able to resolve with our automated telephone system.
District crews are repairing a water main in the Marlwood Court area at this time. Customers in this area may experience loss of pressure or flow while repairs are being made. Estimated time of repairs is 3 PM.
District offices will be closed Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, July 5 at 8:30 AM. Emergencies can be handled by calling our 24-hour line at (828) 253-5551.
There will be a water outage on Weaverville Highway between Leisure Mountain Road and Baird Cove Road on Monday, June 6, 2022 beginning approximately 10:30 AM.
