There will be a planned water outage for the Country Creek subdivision on Tuesday, March 8 from 8 AM through 4 PM to make system improvements. Customers should be prepared for loss of pressure and/or water flow during those hours. This site will be updated as more information is available.
The water outage for Mt. Carmel road has been extended to 5 PM due to unforeseen circumstances. Water service should be restored to all customers by 5 PM.
12:30 PM - Water has been restored in the New Stock Road area.
There will be limited hydrant testing from 9 AM - 10 AM in the Woodland Hills area Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022. Residents in that area may notice intermittent loss of pressure and/or flow during this time and some discolored water is possible.
The water main break on New Stock Road has been repaired.
The main break in the Herron Cove area has been repaired and all service restored.
District offices will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, on Monday, January 17th, 2022. Customers with an emergency such as a water line break may call our office at 828-253-5551 to reach our 24-hour emergency dispatch service.
District offices will be closed Thursday & Friday, December 23 & 24, and Monday, December 27th in observance of the Christmas holiday. Offices will also be closed Friday, December 31, 2021, in observance of New Year's Day.
