Board meetings for calendar year 2024 have been changed from 1 PM on the third Monday of each month to 5 PM on the third Monday of each month. This applies to all months in 2024 except January, which will take place on January 16th at 5 PM in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, and December, which will take place on December 9th at 5 PM. 

The Woodfin Sanitary Water & Sewer District has implemented voluntary water conservation measures for all service areas, effective November 13, 2023. Due to an abnormally dry fall, where rainfall levels have been well below normal for this year, water storage in the District’s reservoir is lower than optimal. While not yet at a severe stage, the lower levels of water stored warrants the implementation of prudent conservation measures until such time as rainfall levels return to normal. While in voluntary conservation mode, District customers are asked to limit non-essential water usage such as car washing, lawn watering and other outdoor irrigation, and to conserve water in other practical ways.
