The District’s offices will be closed Friday, April 18, 2014 for Good Friday. Payments can be made online on this website, by phone at (866)414-3924, or left in our drop box at 122 Elkwood Avenue. We hope all of our customers have a good Easter holiday! If you have an emergency you may call our office at 253-5551 and be connected to our after-hours emergency service. After-hours personnel cannot answer billing or other general questions and are available for water emergencies only such as a water line break.
For customers who prefer not to remember to write a monthly bill, the District has pay by draft available. This service will automatically draft your bill from your bank account approximately two weeks after your bill has been generated. Customers who choose this option receive a notification at the beginning of the billing cycle alerting them to the draft date and amount. You can sign up for this service by filling out the draft form available at the District office.
Due to the incoming forecast of heavy snow for the area, the main District office will close at 10 AM on Wednesday, February 12. We will reopen on Thursday, February 13, weather permitting. Should weather conditions improve or the forecasted storm bypass the area, the office may be open as normal; however, customers wishing to conduct in-person business should be prepared for the office to be closed. Please note that under severe weather conditions only emergency issues in the field will be handled. The District’s main office will close at 3:30 PM today due to winter weather. Weather permitting, the office will reopen at 8 AM on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. If you have an emergency such as a water line break in your home, you may call our office at 253-5551 and select option #1 to be connected to our after-hours emergency service. Payments can be made online or by telephone or can be dropped in our dropbox at the main District office.

Due to the winter storm, the District’s billing office will be closed on Monday, January 6, 2014. For customers attempting to pay their bill before the due date, payments can be made online or by phone using the automated number on the back of your bill. Bills that were due on January 6 will be granted an extra day extension before a penalty is applied due to today’s weather. If you have a water emergency such as a water line break, you may still contact our office at 828-253-5551 and be connected to our after-hours emergency crew by selecting Option #1.
