The District has a new payment site!

As part of our new billing process, the District has a new payment site! Our new site will allow users to register with their own identifiable information, sign up for e-mail billing, monthly recurring charges on their credit cards, and much more! You will need your new account number in order to utilize the new system, so if you have not yet received a new bill please call our office for more information!

Changes to online payments

The District is switching to a new billing system. Customers of online payments will notice changes in the next several weeks to the online billing components as well as payment options. Protect your pipes!

With the cold weather upon us, the District would like to remind customers to protect pipes in vulnerable areas of their homes with insulation or heat tape. As a last resort, in extremely cold weather, a faucet can be left slowly dripping to keep water moving through the pipe, but this may increase the water bill for that address.

Payment options

A quick reminder for our customers that payments can be made online! Click on the “payments” banner on the main page to pay via internet or call our automated phone payment number on your bill to pay via telephone. Payments can also be dropped off after-hours in our drop-slot at the main office.

Winter weather office hours

In cases of severe inclement weather, the District’s administrative office may be closed. However, all necessary services, such as making a payment, requesting or disconnecting service, requesting a leak adjustment, can be accessed on the District’s web site under the appropriate heading. Emergencies such as water line breaks can still be reported by calling 828-253-5551 and selecting the emergency service option. The District provides 24/7 emergency services for true emergencies such as line breaks. In cases of inclement weather, customers are advised to avoid traveling and remain safely off roads to allow transportation services clear access to roads for salting and plowing.
