March 18, 2020 - COVID-19 information

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020, all District offices will be closed to the public as a precaution against the COVID-19 virus. All District functions can be accessed online, including bill payment, leak adjustment requests, starting and stopping service, and other issues. Customers who do not have credit cards or banking accounts will need to obtain money orders and mail them to the District as all in-person payments have been temporarily halted. All other customers should utilize online or by-mail payment options or sign up for automated bank draft. Public access to District offices will be closed until further notice as we work with the state, county, and other authorities to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
