RATE AND FEE SCHEDULE - EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017

Water Rates: Residential (Bimonthly) 

Inside District:
$29.00 first 3,000 gallons - then $3.20 per thousand gallons thereafter

Outside District:
$33.00 first 3,000 gallons - then $6.25 per thousand gallons thereafter
 

Seasonal Conservation Rate Surcharge (meter readings between June 1 & November 30)

Inside District:
$3.52 per thousand gallons on consumption between 14,960 - 22,440 gallons
$4.00 per thousand gallons on consumption between 22,440 - 29,920 gallons
$4.80 per thousand gallons on consumption beyond 29,920 gallons

Outside District:
$6.88 per thousand gallons on consumption between 14,960 - 22,440 gallons
$7.81 per thousand gallons on consumption between 22,440 - 29,920 gallons
$9.38 per thousand gallons on consumption beyond 29,920 gallons
 

Water Rates: Commercial & Industrial (Monthly)

Inside District:
$14.50 per 1,500 gallons - then $3.20 per thousand gallons thereafter

Outside District:
$16.50 per 1,500 gallons - then $6.25 per thousand gallons thereafter

Tap Fees 

5/8” Tap: $1,600
1” Tap: $2,200
2” Tap: $3,250
Larger than 2”: $3,250 + $1,000 per additional inch or fraction thereof
Road Crossing Fee (no cut): $400
Road Crossing Fee (cut):$400 + $35/SF paving
 

System Reduction Fees 

5/8” Tap: $1,750
1” Tap: $2,400
2” Tap: $3,500
Larger than 2”: $3,500 + $1,000 per additional inch or fraction thereof
 

Administrative Charges 

New Service Fee: $25 Tier I; $60 Tier II; $100 Tier III
Rental Account: $50
Meter Re-Read (One free annually): $25
Construction Service: $50
Reconnection Fee: $50
Late Payment Penalty: 10% of water charges
After-hours Reconnect Fee: $75
Returned Check Fee: $30
 

Construction Charges 

New Construction Pre-application: $100
Meter relocation Fee: $750 + paving/road crossing fees
Miscellaneous Labor: $60 per hour, single-hour increments
Heavy Equipment Fees: $35 per hour individual equipment
Meter testing Fee: $50
Materials: Cost + 15%
GIS Recording Fee: $.25 per linear foot, minimum $160
Digital Mapping Fee: $50
Document Recording Fee: $40 + $3 per page
