Due to the winter storm, the District's billing office will be closed on Monday, January 6, 2014. For customers attempting to pay their bill before the due date, payments can be made online or by phone using the automated number on the back of your bill. Bills that were due on January 6 will be granted an extra day extension before a penalty is applied due to today's weather. If you have a water emergency such as a water line break, you may still contact our office at 828-253-5551 and be connected to our after-hours emergency crew by selecting Option #1.
