Should conditions improve, the office may reopen in the afternoon; however, customers and residents are reminded that all administrative functions are available online, including requests for new service, service disconnects, leak adjustment requests. Payments can be made online or by telephone as well. Customers wishing to pay by check are not advised to attempt traveling, but those who visit the office can drop payments by check through the payment drop-slot in the door.
