There will be a planned outage for the top of Leisure Mountain to perform system improvements. The outage will occur between 8 am and 3 pm and will likely last just a short time. Some customers may not notice the effect of the outage depending on their location on the mountain.

The District is switching to a new billing system. Customers of online payments will notice changes in the next several weeks to the online billing components as well as payment options.

Did you know the Water District has a rebate program for replacing water-consuming devices? Information about the program is available on our "Forms and applications" web page under the "Service" tab.

There will be a planned water outage on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, to perform system repairs. Customers in the Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights areas may experience loss of water flow and/or pressure between 9 AM and 3 PM during these repairs.

There is a  water outage in the Reems Creek area at this time. Crews are repairing a main transmission line at this time. This site will be updated as more information is available.

District offices will be closed Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen at 8 AM on Tuesday, July 5th. Emergencies can be handled 24/7 by calling our office at (828) 253-5551. 

The District is experiencing a water outage at the top of Lookout Road due to a water line break. Customers at the top of Lookout Road, as well as on Garden, Thompson, and Relic will be affected. This site will be updated when more information is available. 

District offices will be closed on Monday, May 30th in observance of Memorial Day. Customers may still make payments online or through the drop-box at the District's main office. 24-hour emergency service for leaks or breaks is available by calling 253-5551.

Customers in the Beaver Lake area may notice low water pressure or loss of service at this time as crews work to repair a damaged water line. Service is expected to be restored in short order but no time of repair is available at this time.
