District offices will be closed on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Offices will reopen at 8 AM on Tuesday, January 19th.
The water line break on Lookout Road has been repaired and service has been restored.
The District offices will be closed January 1 for New Year's Day. 24 hour emergency service is available for leaks or water line breaks by calling our main office number. Our after-hours service cannot answer billing questions or other general inquiries.
There will be a planned water outage on Tuesday, December 15th on Old Highway #20 to perform system repairs. The outage will occur between 8 am and 2 pm.
The water outage for Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights has been resolved and water has been restored.
The online and phone payment portal is having difficulty at this time. It is being worked on presently and should be available again shortly.
The water outage on Church Road has been resolved and all customers should have service at this point in time. If you do not have water for any reason please call our office.
There is a water outage for Old Home Road and customers on Weaverville Highway between Baird Cove Road and Old Home Road in order to make an emergency repair. This site will be updated as more information is available.
Due to the abnormally dry conditions, the District has implemented voluntary water restrictions for all customers.
The District would like to remind high-water residential users that summer block rates are now in effect until November of this year.
