District offices will be closed on Monday, May 27th, 2019 in observance of Memorial Day. Emergencies such as a water line leak or break can be reported by calling our office and selecting the emergency contact option.

The District is repairing a water main leak on Old Leicester Highway. Customers between Erwin Hills Road and Craggy Bridge may notice loss of flow and/or pressure while repairs are being made. Estimated time of repair completion is 2 PM. 

The District office will close at 12 pm on Thursday, May 2nd for repairs. The office will reopen on Monday, May 6th at 8:30 am. All requests can be handled online, including payments, starting and stopping service, and other issues.

The City of Asheville will be performing some water line work on their lines on May 2, 2019. It is possible that this work will cause some water discoloration for customers in the Woodland Hills area.

District offices will be closed Friday, April 19th, 2019 in observance of Good Friday. Emergency service can be accessed by phoning 828-253-5551. Emergency service can only assist with a water leak/water break and cannot answer billing or other general questions.

Customers in the Woodland Hills area may notice discolored water due to a City of Asheville water main break. The water is safe to drink and use; the color is aesthetic only. Customers should allow water to run clear before doing white laundry.

Some customers in Woodland Hills or West Buncombe may experience discolored water. This is due to a water line break experienced by the City of Asheville. Water has been tested and is safe to use.

The water outage in Sunny Ridge has been resolved. Customers should be sure to let water run clear before doing any white laundry, as water after a water line leak may be discolored. 

The planned water outage for Reems Creek has concluded. All customers should have water restored at this point.
