Customers who received a phone notification regarding disconnection may pay until 5 PM on Monday, March 25 without penalty to avoid disconnection. We encourage customers to use the "Pay Online" feature of the website to ensure your account remains in good standing.
The water interruption for the top of Audubon Drive and Running Ridge Road has been concluded and all customer service should be restored as normal.
The planned water outages for Sunny Ridge Drive and Graystone Road are complete and all water service has been restored.
Service has been restored regarding new water lines in the following areas: Audubon Drive, Sunny Ridge, Laurel Terrace.
There will be a planned water outage to connect new water lines on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013 between 9 AM and 5 PM for the following areas: Audubon Drive, Sunny Ridge, Laurel Terrace. Some customers in these areas may experience low pressure or water loss during these hours.
The Woodfin Sanitary Water & Sewer District now has a text-message notification service available. If you would like to subscribe to text notifications, enter "292929" in your recipient box and enter "Woodfin.info" to the message body.
9 PM: The water outage on the Weaverville Highway has concluded. All locations should have water at this time.
There will be a water interruption on Audubon Drive and Weaverville Highway in that vicinity at 1:30 PM on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 in order to make a water line repair. Water service is expected to be interrupted for approximately 1 hour.
Contractors working for the District are nearing completion of the installation of the main water line on Baird Cove Road. Residents are asked to drive slowly and use caution in that area, as workers may be present within the road area, and to carefully obey flaggers controlling traffic.
Due to freezing rain and dangerous conditions, our main office is closed today, Friday, January 25th. We will reopen at 8 AM on Monday, January 28th.
