District Distribution crews are installing a new 6" connector on Elmwood Place. Customers and area residents are asked to drive with caution in this area as improvements to the system are made.
11:10 PM: District crews have repaired the service line break on Sunny Ridge Drive and water has been restored.
There will be a planned water outage for Weaverville Highway between Old Home Road and New Stock Road from 9 AM until 12 PM on Monday, April 15, 2013 in order to install system hardware. Customers should be prepared for loss of water and/or low water pressure during those hours.
The District is currently experiencing a telephone outage. Customers needing assistance can visit our office at 122 Elkwood Avenue. The outage has been reported for the area and we hope to have service restored shortly.
The District's main office will be closed for Good Friday on Friday, March 29, 2013. Payments can still be made online or via telephone. We will reopen as normal on Monday, April 1st at 8 A.M.
Customers who received a phone notification regarding disconnection may pay until 5 PM on Monday, March 25 without penalty to avoid disconnection. We encourage customers to use the "Pay Online" feature of the website to ensure your account remains in good standing.
The water interruption for the top of Audubon Drive and Running Ridge Road has been concluded and all customer service should be restored as normal.
The planned water outages for Sunny Ridge Drive and Graystone Road are complete and all water service has been restored.
Service has been restored regarding new water lines in the following areas: Audubon Drive, Sunny Ridge, Laurel Terrace.
There will be a planned water outage to connect new water lines on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013 between 9 AM and 5 PM for the following areas: Audubon Drive, Sunny Ridge, Laurel Terrace. Some customers in these areas may experience low pressure or water loss during these hours.
