The water outage in West Buncombe has been resolved. 

The water outage on Sixth Street has been resolved. 

Effective February 8, 2021, the District's main office hours will change. The office will be open from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday and closed from 12 PM - 1 PM daily for lunch. Emergencies can still be handled when the office is closed by phoning 828-253-5551.

District crews are repairing a water main break in the Reems Creek area. Customers in the Reems Creek area may experience low water pressure and/or loss of flow while repairs are being made. 

The water outage in West Buncombe is resolved and all customers should have service restored at this time. 

District crews are currently repairing a water main break on Lookout Road. Customers in this area may experience loss of water flow and/or pressure while repairs are made. This site will be updated as more information is available. 

Due to Covid exposure, the District office will be closed to the public the week of Dec. 27-Jan 1. Normal telephone hours will apply Tuesday-Thursday. After hour emergencies can be handled by dialing 828-253-5551 and selecting option 9.

There will be a planned outage on Tuesday, Dec.22, 2020 from 9 PM through 5 AM for the New Stock Road area. Customers on New Stock Road beyond the Aiken Road intersection will be affected and may notice loss of water flow and/or pressure during this time as system improvements are made. 

District offices will be closed to the public Monday, Dec. 7 and Thursday-Friday, December 10-11, 2020 in order to limit the spread of COVID-19. Telephone hours are available all days as is all online functions. District offices will be open to the public on Tuesday, Dec. 8 and Wednesday, Dec.

District offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday November 26th & 27th, 2020. Out of an abundance of caution due to the Thanksgiving holiday, District offices will be closed to the public the week of November 30th through December 4th.
