Outage for Jonestown Road area speficially from North Forrest Apartments to Riverside Drive. Today April 19 from 9:30am-1pm due to a service line replacement. We will notify once completed.
Completed: Tuesday April 18th Outage in New Stock Road area. If you experience discolored water, Please run your water till it clears. We are in the process of flushing fire hydrants to clear any discoloration in the water.
Outage on the main transmission line on Reems Creek has been completed.

Completed at 11:30am....There will be a planned outage in the Lee's Creek area from 9am till 3pm on Monday February 20th. Customers in the affected area will have low to no water pressure. When service resumes customers may experience off-colored water and air in their line.
We will have an outage resulting in low to no water pressure beginning at Midnight tonight till 4am. Areas effected will be Sugar Cove, Roberts Cove, Parker Cove, Mundy Cove Brigman Road, Blevins Rd, Reems Creek, and Ox Creek areas.
